Safety Pledge
At Ultra Music Festival®, the health, safety and well-being of our fans, artists, and staff continues to be our top priority.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting illicit drug use and possession. Narcotic laws are strictly enforced and police officers will be working the event in an undercover capacity. Make the right choice. Enjoy Ultra Music Festival® Drug Free. If you are under 21 years of age, you are prohibited from drinking or purchasing alcohol. Patrons over 21 years of age should drink responsibly. Miami is hot! Stay hydrated. Alcohol is not a hydrating beverage. More alcohol does not mean more fun.
Ultra Music Festival® is a magical experience and each and every one of our Ultranauts are special to us. Help us keep you and others safe by looking out for each other. If someone appears to be in distress or in need of medical assistance, seek immediate attention at one of our many First Aid tents which are plainly visible and located throughout the event grounds, or contact an event staff member, security guard, police officer or firefighter. Your health, safety and well-being is our priority. You will not get in trouble for seeking medical help! This is our pledge to you.
There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending the Ultra Music Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and its variants.
