ULTRA Japan will make its highly-anticipated return on Saturday, September 17 – Sunday, September 18, 2022 at the picturesque location of Tokyo Odaiba ULTRA Park II across two days and multiple stages. Marking the festival’s seventh edition, ULTRA Japan has revealed its Phase 1 lineup featuring a stacked roster of globe-trotting artists.

Multi-award winning and platinum-record selling artist Afrojack will continue his ULTRA Japan legacy for his fifth performance to-date at the September festival. Dharma Worldwide boss and DJ-producer-songwriter KSHMR will return to Tokyo to offer an electrifying performance after his initial ULTRA Japan debut in 2017. Seven-time consecutive winner of DJ Mag Top 100’s Top 3 DJ, Martin Garrix, will offer his first ULTRA Japan performance since 2016 in what promises to be a cutting-edge display of electronic music.

Australian multi-platinum live-instrumentalist Timmy Trumpet will debut his high-energy performance at ULTRA Japan for the very first time. Wielding his trumpet and fusing various genres of electronic music, Timmy Trumpet’s name has become globally-recognized across the dance music scene over the past few years.

Returning to ULTRA Japan for the second time, fan-favorite and GRAMMY-winning act Zedd will bring his invigorating energy that has earned him a triple-platinum record, worldwide recognition, and over 16 million monthly Spotify listeners. Rounding out the phase 1 lineup, beloved Dutch act Nicky Romero will also mark his second headlining performance at ULTRA Japan after his initial debut in 2018.
