Wristband Activation

Important Wristband Information:

• You may only activate one wristband to your Ultra Passport account.
• Your wristband can only be activated once.
• You must activate your wristband to earn Ultra Passport points

How do I activate my wristband?

1. Log in to your Ultra Passport account. If you don’t have an account, you can enroll below.
2. Locate the lower 7 character UID found on the back of your wristband.
3. Enter your UID into the wristband activation form found below.
4. Click ACTIVATE WRISTBAND to confirm.
