OFFICIAL ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL 2026 ADA GUIDE
Ultra Music Festival welcomes all people with disabilities and is committed to providing equal access to its programs, services, and activities in compliance with applicable Federal, state, and local laws. We are continuously striving to enhance our efforts to ensure access to the event amenities without limitations based on abilities.
This guide is intended to provide information regarding accessibility services available at the event. Guests with questions not addressed here are encouraged to contact us at [email protected]. We welcome feedback and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
Ultra Music Festival is held at Bayfront Park, which includes a combination of grass, mulch, and paved surfaces. ADA-accessible routes connect entrances, stages, accessible viewing areas, vendors, and other key activity areas. VIP areas are accessible.
Attendees generally navigate the festival grounds independently or with the assistance of a companion.
Wheelchairs, motorized scooters, walkers, canes, and crutches are permitted. Ultra Music Festival does not provide wheelchair or scooter rentals.
Limited charging access for powered mobility devices is available at the Accessibility Services Centers, subject to electrical infrastructure and safety limitations (110-volt, 20-amp circuit). Patrons should bring all cords, accessories, and compatible charges needed to charge their devices.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Ultra Music Festival does not provide parking. All parking in the surrounding area is privately operated or managed by City of Miami, and Ultra Music Festival has no control over availability, pricing, or accessible parking accommodation. There will be limited Accessible Parking spots for patrons with disabilities in proximity to the event, and are available on a first come, first served basis. Anyone parking in an Accessible Parking space is required to have a valid, state-issued disabled persons placard, permit, or license plate. The person to whom the credential is issued must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger.
ACCESSIBLE PASSENGER LOADING ZONE
Ultra provides an Accessible Passenger Loading Zone for drop-off and pick-up located on the corner of Biscayne Blvd & Chopin Plaza (in front of the Intercontinental Hotel, just south of Bayfront Park), along with accessible routes and entrances to the venue. Drivers must present a valid handicap placard or plates to drop off guests in this zone.
ACCESSIBLE ENTRY
All entrances at Ultra Music Festival are accessible. In addition to the GA and VIP entrances, guests with disabilities can utilize the Accessibility / Ultra Passport Entrance. For ease of entry, we encourage guests with disabilities to utilize the Accessibility / Ultra Passport entrance located at Chopin Plaza on the South side of Bayfront Park, across from the Intercontinental Hotel. ADA wristbands are issued at this location. This wristband is free of charge and will grant you access to the accessibility services offered, including access to the Accessibility/Ultra Passport entrance. Patrons with disabilities and up to one companion may use this entrance to safely enter the venue.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are permitted throughout the venue. However, emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals, and pets are not permitted into the event. Any animal whose task is to provide protection, emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship is not considered a service animal and will not be allowed into the venue. Only service animals that have been individually trained and are under the proper care of their owners will be allowed within the premises.
The following guidelines must be followed:
- In order to ensure a safe environment, all animals must have a credential at Ultra Music Festival. It is recommended that guests with service animals acquire these credentials at the Accessible Services Booth outside the Accessibility/Ultra Passport Entrance. If a guest with a service animal enters through the GA or VIP entrance they can acquire a service animal credential by requesting the presence of an Accessibility Manager at the security check.
- Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
- If these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or if the handler’s disability prevents the use of these devices, the handler must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.
- Service animals must be housebroken and should use the service animal relief area.
- Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
- All service animals should have legally required vaccinations. The Accessibility Coordinator or Manager may ask for proof of vaccination during the verification process.
- All service animals must receive a service animal credential at an Accessibility Service Centers in order to enter the venue.
We ask that you do not leave your animal in your car while you’re attending the event, as vehicles without active air conditioning may become too hot and unsafe for any animal.
